Within the Framework of SHUMAS/UNICEF- MINSANTE collaboration to improve routine vaccination coverage in the North West and West Region, Madam Traore  visited SHUMAS Cameroon on 25th October 2017 with the objective to review SHUMAS’ collaboration with UNICEF and give technical advice on communication and advocacy with regards to SHUMAS vaccination activities. Accompany her were the Regional Delegate of Public Health for North West Dr. Che Kingsley, the supervisor of UNICEF consultants for North West and West Regions Madam Mapitshi Fideline Mbambili, the UNICEF consultant for North West Onana Laurent and the focal point for communication for the North West Raoul Saho.

Sitting in for the Director, Madam Beri  in charge of networking and collaboration of SHUMAS presented challenges SHUMAS encounters during the execution of her projects to support routine and supplementary vaccinations and how the organization tries to mitigate these challenges

While commending SHUMAS for her supervision structure and the use of women groups in the identification process, Madam Traore provided some technical advice to SHUMAS in responds to the challenges encountered by the former
